1110 Gerald is 110 years old. To preserve and protect our treasure, a $500,000 maintenance endowment was launched to pay for periodic and costly repairs and renovation. For example, in 2019 the Fire Marshall required installation of a new fire escape that cost almost $60,000. A new boiler is being planned for the near future.
